Tango Prize Drawing Rules
TANGO WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWING
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, officers, and directors of Global Development Incubator ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members of each, whether or not related.
One Win Per Person: Any individual who has won a prize in any previous weekly drawing is not eligible to win again for the remainder of the promotion period. Previous winners may continue to play Tango games but will not be entered into future prize drawings.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion consists of ongoing weekly drawings. Each weekly entry period begins at the start of the first scheduled Tango game session of that week and ends at the conclusion of the last scheduled game session of that week. Check the Tango website or email communications for current game schedule.
Winners will be selected weekly on a rolling basis.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the weekly drawing:
Participate in a Tango game session during one of the scheduled game times
Complete the entire game by answering all questions with your assigned partner
Submit a valid email address when prompted at the end of the game
Ensure your email address is associated with a valid US-based account and that you can receive communications at that address
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person per week. Multiple entries from the same person in a single week will be disqualified. Additionally, individuals who have won a prize in any previous week are not eligible to win again and will be excluded from future drawings.
No automated or bulk entries permitted. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
4. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries received during that week's game sessions. Previous prize winners are automatically excluded from future drawings. The random drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the conclusion of that week's final game session.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each weekly entry period.
The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.
5. PRIZE
Prize: One (1) $100 USD Visa gift card per week.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD
Total ARV of all prizes: Varies based on number of weekly drawings conducted.
Prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's provided email address within fourteen (14) days of winner confirmation. Winner will receive instructions for activating and using the Visa gift card, which can be used anywhere Visa is accepted in the United States.
Prize restrictions:
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion
Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prize
If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected
Visa gift card subject to terms and conditions of card issuer
Limit one prize per person for the entire promotion period
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided during game entry within seven (7) days of the drawing.
The potential winner may be required to:
Confirm eligibility and acceptance of prize
Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within the specified time period
Failure to respond within fourteen (14) days, return the required documents within the specified time, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the promotion
Cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if it cannot be completed as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control
Disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules
Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants agree that Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for:
Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries
Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties
Any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation
Errors in administration of the promotion or processing of entries
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Email addresses will be used to notify winners and may be used for future Tango game communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion constitutes entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of entrant's name, likeness, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, by participating, entrants agree that:
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action
Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees
Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased
11. APPLICABLE LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the District of Columbia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
